Reinforced Leading Edge

To protect the edge of the pallet from forklift damage, Metalton ER-Series pallets have 17 meters of continuous robotic dual laser welding creating a monolithic steel profile to absorb impact.

Maintenance/Repair

Replacing Damaged Components

The legs are bolted to the top panel and skids with high tensile M 6 bolts, allowing easy replacement of damaged parts.

Racking

The ER-Series pallet is superior to wood and plastic pallets in warehousing systems for the following reasons:

  • High Strength to Weight Ratio
  • Highly rigid
  • Clean
  • Non-flammable

Unlike wooden pallets, the ER-Series does not chip, flake, or produce dust.
The ER-Super Light pallet is particularly suitable for automated warehousing systems due to its rigidity and lightweight (1200x800mm – 18kg).
